Comarch ECOD has been continuously expanding internationally. Last year we observed significant development in two regions: Western Europe and Asia. In France and Germany ECOD applications have already been localized and the e-archiving solution (ECOD Archive) was adjusted to local legal requirements.
On the 14th-15th of April, 2011, the next edition of the Poland & CEE Customer Loyalty Summit will take place in Cracow. This is the biggest annual meeting of representatives from the loyalty industry in Poland. Representatives from Comarch will be among the experts from Poland and abroad.
Sokpol (one of the leading producers of juices, nectars and beverages) and Comarch have signed an agreement to implement and operate the new version of Comarch ECOD Agent 2.0, a mobile system to support sales representatives.
On the 16th of February, 2011 the fourth edition of the International Conference and Exhibition LOTNISKO 2011 – Poland’s largest aviation related event – will take place in Warsaw.
Comarch has made available the latest edition of brochures and leaflets presenting Comarch Travel CRM, a suite of applications designed to meet the CRM needs of transport and hospitality industries.
Comarch will sponsor and lead a workshop during Loyalty 2011 conference. The event, organized by Airline Business, will take place from February 21st through February 23rd, 2011 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Comarch has co-operated with X5 Retail Group - the largest retail company in Russia - for more than four years. The company offers its customers an attractive loyalty program called X5 Club, which consists of two independent programs: "Perekrestok Club" and "Volshebnaya Karta", allowing the collection of points in supermarkets and hypermarkets in Russia and Ukraine.
In November 2010 the pilot version of the new web application was launched in Russia. Comarch ECOD WEB 2.0 is the newest version of the tool that creates, sends and receives electronic documents.
Since 2000, the network of Authorized Partners of Renault Poland have been benefiting from IT infrastructure outsourcing provided by Comarch. Another contract has been signed in this long-term cooperation, which includes licensees in Poland and abroad.
