Kompania Piwowarska Prepares for KSeF with Comarch

Kompania Piwowarska, a leader in the Polish beer market and the producer of brands such as Lech, Tyskie, Żubr, and Książęce, has begun preparing for the mandatory e-invoicing requirements using the Comarch EDI KSeF platform. The company has been utilizing the Comarch EDI platform for many years, but with the new regulations taking effect in 2026, it is now adapting to meet the updated standards.
The most critical aspect of this implementation for Kompania Piwowarska is ensuring compliance with KSeF, Poland's national e-invoicing system, for issuing and receiving structured invoices. Previous collaboration with Comarch played a key role in this decision, as expanding the company's existing electronic communication capabilities is essential for meeting the KSeF requirements.
Historically, Kompania Piwowarska has used Comarch EDI to exchange e-documents between sellers and buyers, but now, the implementation of Comarch EDI KSeF will integrate the national e-invoice system into this process.
Marta Frok, EDI Consulting Manager at Comarch, shares details of the implementation:
A significant part of the new functionalities introduced as part of the Comarch EDI KSeF project will be seamlessly integrated with the existing Comarch EDI applications currently used by Kompania Piwowarska. This will not only provide operational benefits but also ensure long-term consistency in the solutions the client uses".
Marta Frok adds:
Kompania Piwowarska has been using the Comarch system for several years. Now, as it prepares for KSeF, the company has decided to expand its use of Comarch EDI. We are grateful for their trust and look forward to continued fruitful cooperation".
