The National Revenue Administration Launches Free Informational Sessions on KSeF

As part of the preparations for the upcoming mandatory use of the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), the National Revenue Administration in the Małopolska region has launched a series of free summer informational sessions aimed at entrepreneurs. The initiative is intended to help taxpayers get ready for the upcoming changes and to explain how the system works. The meetings are free of charge and held both on-site and online.
Upcoming Session Dates
The next sessions, scheduled for July 14 and 15, will focus on “Introduction to the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).” The full list of tax office locations hosting on-site meetings, as well as the link to join the online sessions, is available on the website of the National Revenue Administration in the Małopolska region.
On-site meetings:

Online meetings:
- July 14: 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM
- July 15: 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM
Session Topics
The sessions are divided into four thematic blocks:
- Until July 15: Introduction to KSeF
- July 16–29: Authentication and Authorization
- July 30–August 13: Structured Invoice
- August 14–29: Introduction to the KSeF Application
