From April 23 to 25, 2025, Comarch will once again participate in the European Economic Congress (EEC) – one of the most prominent economic events in Central and Eastern Europe. This year’s edition, traditionally bringing together leaders from the worlds of business, politics, academia, and media, will focus on the themes of security and the competitiveness of the European economy

As of the 26th of March, 2025, Comarch S.A. loses its status as a public company, in accordance with the decision of the Financial Supervision Commission dated on the 7th of March, 2025.

A meeting of the Council of Polish Global Entrepreneurs with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Affairs Krzysztof Gawkowski was held at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. The discussions were attended by Jarosław Mikos, CEO of Comarch, and Wojciech Pawlus, Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing.

Jarosław Mikos, CEO of Comarch S.A., gave an interview to the portal tvn24.pl, in which he discussed key issues related to the potential deregulation of the IT sector. He emphasized that excessive regulations could lead to an outflow of top talent from Poland and Europe, negatively impacting the industry's competitiveness.

On 6 February 2025, the Supervisory Board of Comarch S.A. appointed Mr Jarosław Mikos as President of the Company's Management Board. Jarosław Mikos has been associated with Comarch S.A. from 8 December 2024 as a member of the Supervisory Board.

On the first anniversary of his passing, with gratitude for his achievements, vision, and inspiration that left a lasting mark on the history of Comarch, we remember the late Professor Janusz Filipiak (3 August 1952 – 17 December 2023), co-founder of the company, an outstanding scientist, entrepreneur, and football enthusiast.
