Comarch, supported by its new owner, CVC Capital Partners, has been working on a new global development strategy over the last few months. Developing its management team is a big part of this effort. Now Piotr Korycki is joining the Comarch Group's management board as CFO. Piotr Korycki, one of the most experienced managers on the Polish market, will join the management board of the Comarch Group from 1 September. The new vice-president of the management board will replace Konrad Tarański, who has played an important role in building the company's potential in recent years.

Comarch AG is pleased to announce the commencement of a partnership with DB Fernverkehr AG. As part of a joint project, the existing BahnBonus loyalty program will be migrated to Comarch's powerful and flexible infrastructure and operated in the long term.

On June 11, Comarch participated in the 1st International Expansion Forum – an event organized by the Council of Polish Global Entrepreneurs, which brought together leaders in Polish exports, innovation, and foreign expansion.

On May 19–20, Kraków once again became the meeting point for leaders in business, technology, and innovation. Comarch User Group 2025 brought together 700 participants from 48 countries and six continents, making this year’s edition the largest in the event’s history.

On 14 and 15 May, the economic and technological heart of Central and Eastern Europe beat in Poznań. At the 10th edition of the Impact congress, 650 panellists discussed key digital and financial trends, as well as the current geopolitical situation and Europe's position in a changing world. The highlight of this year's Impact was a speech by former US President Barack Obama. Representatives of Polish business, including IT industry leader Comarch, were also present among the congress guests.
