Comarch extends its co-operation agreement with AS Nancy-Lorraine – the French Football Club.

The Comarch Annual Report for 2011 presents information concerning the financial situation of the Comarch Group, its key markets and the development of Comarch's knowledge-based workforce.

Comarch has come out on top in the bidding of Finanz Informatik, the IT service provider of Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. In the future, modules of both Comarch Financials Enterprise and Comarch ERP Enterprise will be used for asset accounting and the “gift book” at Sparkasse banks.

The software producer Comarch will present a complete product portfolio for small and medium-sized companies – the Comarch e-Enterprise Suite – at CeBIT 2012 taking place from March 6 to 10 in Hanover.

Comarch Group has signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of shares in the A-MEA Informatik AG, which is one of the most important player on the Swiss ERP application market.

Comarch has become partner of a French football club, AS Nancy-Lorraine. During the 2012/2013 season’s matches, the players will be wearing shirts with Comarch’s logo on. The brand will also be present in several places of the stadium.
