Comarch Loyalty Dinner 2025 – Innovation, inspiration, and networking in the heart of Bangkok

On July 2, 2025, a unique industry event took place at the prestigious W Bangkok – The House on Sathorn hotel: Comarch Loyalty Dinner 2025. The meeting brought together market leaders, loyalty experts, and key decision-makers, who jointly examined the latest trends in customer loyalty management and the role of artificial intelligence in building relationships with consumers.
The event was inaugurated by Jan Svorobovic, Business Development Director at Comarch, with a presentation entitled “COMARCH in a nutshell,” in which he presented the company's business profile and its international operational reach.
Marcin Przybylski then took the floor and, in his speech entitled “From Transactions to Connections,” presented the directions of transformation of loyalty programs, focusing on their evolution towards intelligent, personalized, and engaging consumer experiences.
Later in the program, Avatsada Chaisongkram, in her lecture “AI and Loyalty Management: A New Era of Customer Connections,” discussed the groundbreaking opportunities that artificial intelligence brings in the context of customer loyalty management. She emphasized how new technologies are revolutionizing consumer relationships, enabling the creation of lasting bonds based on data and behavioral analysis.
The presentation by Khun Sudapa Chamod, Senior Vice President of ICT at Home Product Center Public Company Limited, also attracted particular interest from participants. Her presentation was a practical case study illustrating the implementation of modern loyalty tools in a retail environment and their impact on operational efficiency and customer engagement.
The event culminated in a spectacular illumination of the facade of the W Bangkok hotel – an architectural icon of Sathorn Street – on which the Comarch logo was displayed. This symbolic touch emphasized the company's presence in the region and its long-term commitment to the development of the Asian market.
The meeting ended with a gala dinner combined with a networking session – an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences, build relationships, and discuss joint business opportunities.
