Joanna Bilewicz-Porzycka is a graduate in Human Resources from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, where she earned her Master of Science degree in 2000.

She joined Comarch in June 2025 and was appointed to the company’s Board in August 2025. Prior to joining Comarch, she built an extensive international career at Electrolux Group, a global white goods producer.

Based initially in Belgium and later in Singapore, she held a series of senior HR leadership roles, focusing on global and regional business transformations.

As a Regional HR Business Partner, she provided strategic support to brand, product, R&D, and finance teams across European markets. Her achievements include leading the establishment of R&D centers in Poland and supporting the creation of the company’s Finance and HR Shared Service Center (SSC) in Kraków.

In her tenure as Europe & MEA Head of Talent Acquisition, she successfully repositioned the function as a business- and customer-centric center of excellence. From 2017 to 2024, she was based in Singapore, where she led business and HR transformations as VP HR & Communication.

Joanna’s expertise lies in strategic HR, business transformation, and talent management across diverse global markets. She is also a professional coach and mentor, underscoring her commitment to leadership development.
